摘要火箭弹是靠火箭发动机推进的非制导弹药,是常规弹药的主要种类之一,主要用于杀伤、压制敌方有生力量,破坏工事及武器装备等。本设计的主要内容是以现有成熟的 20km 射程 122mm 口径火箭弹为基础,研制 10km 射程的改进型号,主要用于反恐战争及小规模局部冲突。本设计保留了原弹型号的战斗部、引信、稳定器部分,参照原型号的气动布局,重新设计了火箭部:通过采用单节燃烧室的结构来减少装药以减段射程,并将多喷管改为单喷管结构以减少消极质量、降低加工精度要求。本说明书包含火箭弹的总体设计、基本参量的预定、结构布局的设计、内外弹道计算过程及校核过程。59533 毕业论文关键词 122mm火箭弹 改进型号 总体设计 Title 122mm 10Km Rocket Overall Design Abstract Rocket is one kind of unguided munitions propelled by rocket motors, and is one of the main types of conventional ammunition. Rockets are mainly used for suppression of enemy forces and destruction of the fortifications and weaponry. The main content of this design is to develop 10km range improved version, based on the existing 20km range and 122mm caliber rockets. This 10km version is mainly used in the anti-terror wars and the small-scale conflicts. The original warhead, fuze and stabilizer sections are retained in this improved design, while the rocket section is redesigned with reference to the original aerodynamic layout. The adoption of the single combustion chamber structure reduces the amount of the charge so that the range is cut to the half. The simplification of the numbers of the nozzles helps to reduce the negative mass and processing accuracy requirements. This design specification contains the overall design of the rocket, the selection of the basic parameters, the design of the structure and layout, the interior and exterior ballistic calculation process and the checking process.
