某火箭武器系统装填设备起吊装置结构设计

本课题根据某种储运发射箱式火箭武器系统的装填需要,研究了现有的几种起重机械的原理及组成,调查了国内外最新的箱式发射装填技术,掌握了火箭武器装填系统发展趋势。在此基础上,通过由整体结构的初步设计到具体零部件的相关参数计算,最终设计出一种以悬臂式起重机为吊具组的储运发射箱装填机。这种悬臂式起重机由可伸缩的悬臂托架和吊具组构成。考虑到整体结构与运动副之间的相互关系,悬臂的伸缩由滚珠丝杠推动。吊具组由卷筒、滑轮组以及吊钩组成。滚珠丝杠和卷筒的动力源均由电动机提供。装填或退运发箱时,悬臂托架先伸出,然后吊具组沿悬臂托架轨道到达预定位置,接着通过滑轮组的升降完成装填或卸载储运发射箱的任务。59540 毕业论文关键词 火箭武器系统 储运发射箱 装填设备 悬臂 起重 Title A design of a rocket weapon system loading equipment lifting device. Abstract The issue is based on the need of loading a rocket pad of a rocket launch system.
