涡喷发动机具有耗油率低,结构以及制造工艺相对简单,推重比又高等优点,能够满足无人机,巡航导弹以及巡飞弹等微小型飞行器的动力需求。随着现在军事及民用设备的不断微小型化,微型涡喷发动机日益受到广泛的关注。 涡喷发动机燃气温度、压力、涡轮的转速对发动机性能有着重要的影响,确保涡喷发动机各个零部件的工作条件在其材料的使用范围之内,保证发动机稳定高效的工作,对微型涡轮喷气发动机的关键性能进行测试非常必要。 本文主要研究内容包括实验台设计, 测试方法的选择及测试平台的总体设计,对涡喷发动机的性能参数进行测试,考察微型涡轮喷气发动机的性能,为微型涡轮喷气发动机的优化设计奠定基础。 59551 毕业论文关键词 微型涡轮喷气发动机 温度 压力 转速 Title The measurement of Jet engine performance parameters Abstract Turbojet engine is not only has low fuel consumption as well as structure and manufacturing process is relatively easy, but also has high thrust-weight ratio advantage and is well able to meet the power demand of small aircraft, such as the unmanned aerial vehicles, cruise missiles and missile patrol, so the micro gas turbine engine attracts increasingly widespread concern. In the combustion chamber of micro gas turbine engine, temperature, pressure, speed of gas has an important effect on engine performance. It is necessary for the testing test to ensure all the micro gas turbine engine performance indicators in line with requirements of the material environment as well as it could work properly and efficiently. This dissertation mainly includes the design and installation of the bench, selection of test methods and the overall design of the test platform as well as the analysis of the experimental data of micro gas turbine engine, and finally exam the performance of micro gas turbine engine for the next optimization .
