本论文阐述了对基于集成创新理念的工业机器人的设计研究过程。 课题源于对现实问题的思考。以工业设计的视角,通过对集成创新理论发展和机器人设计的研究,借鉴国内外先进的施工机器人的经验,并创新地引入了工业工程中“働”的理念及人性化的操作方案,整合国外先进的水泥胶材料,自动控制理念及机械手技术,设计出了理论上可比手工快达 15倍的大广场片砖施工工业机器人,并对其设计理念进行了较为透彻的阐述。 通过集成创新的创新方法,将工业机器人的自动化优势注入革新的人性化设计中。由此开发出的铺砖工业机器人可以带动一系列产业,将为地区带来技术上和社会经济效益的整体提升,具备一定前瞻意义。59595 毕业论文关键词 集成创新 工业机器人 广场施工 设计 环境 Title Industrial Robots Design in the Context of the Concept of Integrated Innovation Abstract This paper describes the integration of innovative ideas based on an industrial robot design research process. Issue stems from the reality. From industrial design perspect, through the development and integration of robot design innovation theory research, learn from the advanced experience of the construction of the robot, and the introduction of innovative industrial engineering "Occupancy" concept and humane operation of the program, the integration of foreign advanced materials, cement, automatic control concepts and robotic technology, to design a theoretically 15 times as fast as comparable handmade large square piece of brick construction of industrial robots, and their design concepts for a more thorough exposition. Through innovative approaches to integrated innovation, industrial robot automation benefits will inject innovative humanization design. Thus paving developed industrial robots can drive a range of industries, regions will bring technical and socio-economic benefits of the overall increase, with some prospective significance.
