摘要重磅炮弹助力上膛装置是针对重型炮弹上膛困难而设计的辅助上膛装置。它能够减轻炮弹上膛过程中人的工作强度,提高装弹效率。在本课题中,研究的主要问题是如何使炮弹与炮管口准确对准,并将炮弹推至炮尾预定位置。设计包括三大方面,一是炮弹搬运部分,二是炮弹微调装置,三是气压推入装置。炮弹搬运部分由两套液压缸进行推动,通过选取适合行程的液压缸或安装挡块的方式,将炮弹由炮管侧面运送至炮管口;炮弹微调装置采用了偏心凸轮结构,以手动的方式进行炮弹位置的调整;气压推入装置主要通过气压泵产生高压空气,进而推动炮弹到达预定位置。59960 毕业论文关键词 上膛 搬运 微调 气压推入 Title The design of devices assist to loaded heavy shells Abstract The device that assist to loaded heavy shells is designed to solve the problem that it is very difficult to loaded the heavy shells. It can reduce the human’s work intensity during the process loaded shells.And it also improve our efficiency. In this issue, the study's main problem is how to make shells accurately aligned with the barrel mouth, and make sure the shells be pushed to a predetermined position of breech. This design includes three aspects,. First, the shells carrying section. Second, shells tuning device. Third, the device of the Pneumatic push. The shells carrying section is pushed two hydraulic cylinders. The shells can be transported to the shells from the barrel side of the barrel mouth ,by selecting suitable stroke hydraulic cylinder or install a stopper means. The shells tuning device using the eccentric cam structure, adjust the position for shells manually. The pneumatic push device producing high-pressure air through a pneumatic pump, thus promoting the shells reaches a predetermined position.
