Solidworks和Fluent某弹丸气动特性分析

摘要研究内容取材于弹丸地面试验工程实际任务。任务以次口径弹为研究对象,通过Solidworks软件对某次口径弹进行几何建模,导入 Ansys ICEM CFD 软件进行网格划分,网格类型采用混合网格。外部远场用结构网格划分,临近弹体部分远场用非结构网格划分,然后导入 Fluent 软件中对其飞行绕流流场进行数值模拟,考虑流体粘性分几种工况计算攻角 0~3度、速度 2~4 马赫下气动参数。最后对所得数据进行讨论,分析其气动稳定性以及支撑结构对气动特性的影响,对气动布局进行改进,对次口径发射的设计提供有益参考。 61060 毕业论文关键词 次口径弹 混合网格 数值模拟 Fluent 软件 Title Analysis on the Aerodynamic Characteristics of a Projectile Abstract The research is based on the practical task of projectile’s ground-based experiment with subcaliber as the research object, carrying out geometric modeling on one subcaliber with Solidworks and applying Ansys ICEM CFD to mesh piding. The type of mesh is hybrid grid. The external far field near the projectile body is pided by unstructured grid, using Fluent to proceed with numerical modeling on the flow field around an aircraft and calculating the aerodynamic parameter under the circumstance of 0 to 3 angle of attack and Mach 2 to 4, taking fluid viscosity into consideration. Finally the thesis would make analysis on the calculated data and the influence on aerodynamic characteristics made by aerodynamic stability and structural support. Then it comes with the revision of the aerodynamic configuration and the thesis would put forward suggestions on the launch design of the subcaliber.
