气体灭火剂瞬态释放动力源技术研究

摘要气体灭火剂的释放时间关系到抑爆和灭火的效果,在需要快速抑爆快速灭火的情况中,普通释放技术的释放时间往往不能达到要求,因此本文拟选择气体发生剂为气体灭火剂的瞬态释放提供动力源。课题首先选择双基药为主要原材料,并通过理论设计和实验研究确定添加的冷却剂与燃烧稳定剂的最优配比,获得了气体发生剂配方;采用理论计算、常压燃烧试验、热分解试验等研究了设计的气体发生剂的基本性能、燃烧性能以及热分解性能;最后进行动力源装置设计,使释放气体能满足释放要求。研究结果表明:根据气体发生剂的理论计算和实验研究结果,选定的气体发生剂配方为:以双基药为基础,添加10%的冷却剂CaCO3和1%的燃烧稳定剂PbCO3;选定的气体发生剂配方的常压燃烧速度为7.96mm/s;在热分解实验中得出,该气体发生剂配方的热分解起始温度为102℃,高于灭火系统的使用环境温度,可满足灭火系统使用的环境温度要求。用CAD软件设计了动力源装置,利用物理冷却层和筛网层冷却、过滤产出的气体,以使气体发生剂燃烧产生的气体温度有效降低。63634

Title  The research on the power source for rapid releasing of gas fire extinguishing agent               

Abstract

The release time of gas fire extinguishing agent is related to the effect of extinguishment and explosion suppression.The release time in normal releasing technology cannot meet the demand in most cases which need rapid extinguishment and explosion suppression,therefore,a method that gas generant provides the power source to gas fire extinguishing agent for its rapid releasing has been drafted in this paper.At first,this subject selected double-base propellant as raw material.Then theoretical design and experimental studies were performed to determine the best ratio of coolant and combustion stabilizer which were added into material.Furthermore,the formula of gas generant had been acquired.Theoretical calculation,combustion test in atmospheric pressure and thermal decomposition experiment were performed respectively to study basic performance,combustion performance and thermal decomposition performance of the formula.At last,the paper designed an equipment applied for the research.The results of studies showed,through the basic performance of the gas generant obtained from theoretical calculation,the selection was made that the formula took double-base propellant as basic,adding into 10% coolant(CaCO3) and 1% combustion stabilizer(PbCO3) since this formula's basic performance data was better than others' and the combustion stability in low pressure had been improved a lot.In the combustion test under atmospheric pressure,the combustion velocity of the formula was measured to be 7.96mm/s.Besides,the initial decomposition temperature of the formula was measured to be 102℃ in the thermal decomposition experiment which is higher than the ambient temperature in fire extinguishing system so that it is able to meet the need of ambient temperature in fire extinguishing system.This research used CAD software to make a drawing of an equipment which had functions of cooling and filtering the gas released by the combustion reactions in order that the temperature of the gas had declined effectively,based on that,the gas met the requirements of releasing to the air-bag.
