摘要:轧机是轧制线上的重要单体设备,而轧机主传动系统又是轧机的核心组成部分。随着社会对轧制产品数量需求的增大和对产品质量要求的提高,轧制设备向大型化、高速化、自动化、精密化方向发展的趋势越来越明显,对轧机主传动系统的承载能力和可靠性要求也越来越高。由于轧制现场工作条件的限制,对轧机主传动系统组成零件危险部位的应力测试时常无法进行,要获取这些值,掌握轧机主传动系统的承载能力,就必须通过有限元分析法来实现。65364 四辊轧机是担负着生产箔带、极薄至中厚板规格制品的最常用精锐轧机,随着生产发展和技术的进步,用户对板厚精度的要求越来越高。该论文是研究1422-R2轧机压靠刚度的理论和数值计算。其中,包含了轧机的情况,使用的软件的介绍,求解的过程及结论。轧机在轧钢厂的重要性不亚于人得心脏,所以对扎钢的刚度要求较高。因此,研究出轧机的刚度可以有效地解决所制造的轧机不符合要求的现象。 毕业论文关键词:轧机 轧辊 轧机刚度 数值计算 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 TITLE: 1422-R2 mill pressed against the stiffness of the theoretical and numerical calculations. Abstract: Rolling mill is the most important equipment on the rolling line,and the main transmission system is the nucleal tomponents of the rolling mill.As the increased demand on the rolled product,and the improvement requirement of the product quality,the trend that rolling mill equipment become more large,high-speed,roboticized,and high—accuracy is more and more manifest,the higher carrying capacity and reliability of the main transmission system is required. Four-roll mill is charged with the production of foil, thin plate specifications to elite the most commonly used mill products. Along with the development of production and technological advances, users have become increasingly demanding thickness accuracy. The paper is to study the 1422-R2 mill pressed against the stiffness of the theoretical and numerical calculations. Wherein the case includes a rolling mill, the introduction of the software used, the solution process and the conclusions. The importance of rolling mill in as people had heart, So for rolling steel high stiffness requirements. Therefore, the developed mill can effectively solve the stiffness of the mill manufactured not meet the requirements of the phenomenon.
