摘要:随着技术的不断更新换代,计算机软件广泛应用在各个行业各个领域。各行各业都在进行科技改革,其中最重要的原因是计算机提高了管理的准确性与效率性。在较多的大中专院校,已经使用计算机来管理各种文档。但相对于一些培训机构来说,人数没有达到高校的数量,他们认为开发一个管理软件没有必要。实际上任何行业都必须顺应时代的发展才能跟的上时代的步伐,所以开发一个管理系统对任何一个行业来说都很重要。针对这一需求,设计了基于Visual Studio 2012与SQL server 2008的培训机构Enterprise Resource Planning(企业资源)管理系统。所设计的系统主要面向具有一定规模,并且需要提高管理效率的培训机构。本系统实现了学员和员工的注册、工资的发放、后勤部门的物品收放维修管理、教师部对学生学习成绩的管理,现在还有很多培训机构仍然使用传统的手工进行管理与统计,甚至后勤管理,本系统主要为了解决这一问题,提高人工的效率,改善时间的利用率。66905 毕业论文关键词:管理,效率,数据库 Abstract: With the continuous upgrading technology, computer software is widely used across industries. The most important reason every trade is carrying on a scientific reform is that computer improve the accuracy and efficiency of management. Many colleges have been using computer to manage Technical document, but for most training institutions, they think develop a management software is not necessary because of their number cannot compare with the quantity of colleagues. Any industry must comply with the trend of the times actually, so it is very important for any industry to develop management software. The system is mainly designed for the training institutions which is need to improve the management efficiency and have a certain scale. This software has realized the registration of staff members and students, the payment of wage, the maintenance management of logistics department, and the management of grade for students by teachers. Nowadays, there are many training institutions still use the traditional manual management and logistics management, this system mainly in order to solve this problem, improve the efficiency of the artificial and use rate.
