摘要转管武器具有高初速,高射速的优点,但是由于总体结构要求及后坐力、后坐长度等约束条件所限,其反后坐装置复进规律及结构与常规单管火炮有所差异。为此基于内弹道理论和有限元方法,对某型高射速转管炮的浮动式反后坐装置进行了运动规律分析和结构参数设计。首先,利用Matlab软件,分析内弹道过程,从而计算炮膛合力;同时分析后坐复进运动规律与后坐复进装置结构参数的关系,分析碟簧组合参数变化时后坐复进运动的规律。在此基础上,对不同射速下火炮后坐复进运动进行分析,同时确定后坐复进装置的结构参数,并应用Pro-engineer以及Autocad软件进行反后坐装置结构方案设计;设计完成后,分析并校核后坐复进装置,校核碟簧的寿命,利用Ansys软件,校核导向杆、外筒和后活塞筒的强度,完成缓冲器的设计和校核。结果表明:所设计的后坐复进装置强度和寿命均符合要求。73335 毕业论文关键词 转管炮,反后坐,碟簧 毕业设计说明书外文摘要 Title The Movement Rule And Structure Research Of The Recoil Device For A Type Of High Speed Gatling Gun Abstract The Gatling weapon has the advantages of high velocity and high rate, but due to the limitation of the overall structure and the constraints of recoil strength and recoil length, It’s rule and structure of recoil device is different from the conventional single barrel gun。 Therefore based on interior ballistic theory and finite element method, carry on a certain type of fast turn tube antiaircraft’s floating recoil mechanism movement analysis and structure parameter’s design。 First, using the MATLAB software, analyse the interior ballistic process to calculate the resultant of gun bore, and complete the analysis of the relation between the rule of recoil/counter-recoil movement and the structure parameters and analyse how the rule of recoil/counter-recoil movement changes when the combination parameters of disc spring changes。 From this, analyse the recoil/counter-recoil movement of different speed, and determine the parameters of the device, and use Pro-engineer and AutoCAD software for recoil device structure design。 After the completion of the design, analyse and check the reciol device, check the life of disc spring。 Use the ANSYS software to check the guide rod, the outer cylinder and the piston cylinder strength to complete the design and verification of the recoil device。 The results show that the strength and life of recoil device can meet the requirements。 Keywords gatling weapon recoil disc spring 目 录 1 绪论 1 1。1 转管武器简介 1 1。2 弹簧式后坐复进装置简介 2 1。3 课题设计依据 3 2 内弹道计算 4 2。1 经典内弹道计算 4 2。1。1 简单形状火药的燃烧规律 4 2。1。2 火药燃气状态方程 5 2。1。3 定容状态方程 6 2。1。4 变容的状态方程 6 2。2 膛内运动分析 7 2。3 单一装药内弹道方程组 (责任编辑:qin) |
