Android现场故障维护系统设计及实现

摘要针对工人在维修设备中遇到的各种问题,利用如今流行的Android设备在手持终端中安装一个app,用户登陆到该app查询到故障的解决方法,工人按照步骤将故障排除,同时工人将本次故障的信息上传到服务器。故障维护app由注册模块,登陆模块,故障查询模块 ,网络通信模块,定位导航模块以及数据存储模块组成。登陆模块由登陆界面组成,采用Android的UI布局,包括用户名,密码框和登陆,取消按钮,用户输入正确ID实现跳转;用户注册模块实现新用户的注册,注册成功后手机终端将用户信息上传到服务器;故障查询模块包括查询界面和故障信息列表界面,实现对服务器故障数据库的访问,故障查询模块通过用户输入的关键字查询到故障的解决方法;数据存储模块使用SQLite数据库,实现本地故障数据信息的存储功能,服务器数据库使用Oracle,用来保存用户资料和故障信息;网络通信模块使用HTTP协议访问网络,实现手机终端对服务器的访问;导航定位模块使用GPS技术,实现故障地点的定位功能。使用故障维护app系统节省了大量人力物力,提高了工人的工作效率。78585

Abstract Workers for a variety of problems encountered in the maintenance of equipment, now use the popular Android devices mounted in a hand-held terminal app, users log in to the app to query the fault solution, workers follow steps to troubleshoot, and workers will be present last fault information is uploaded to the server。 Failure to maintain app by registered module, the landing module, fault diagnosis module, network communication module, positioning and navigation module and a data storage module。 Landing module from the landing interface components, the use of Android UI layouts, including user name, password and login box, the Cancel button, the user enters the correct ID-jump; user registration module for the new user registration, registration is successful mobile terminal user information uploaded to the server; troubleshooting and fault module includes a query interface list interface, to achieve access to the database server failure, fault diagnosis and fault query module solution by keywords entered by the user; a data storage module uses SQLite database to achieve local fault data storage, the server database uses Oracle, used to store user data and fault information; network communication module HTTPC protocol access network, mobile terminals access to the server; navigation module uses GPS technology, positioning fault location 。 Failure to maintain the system using the app to save a lot of manpower and resources to improve the efficiency of the workers。
