ANSYS水深对水下圆柱壳的振动影响分析

摘  要 圆柱壳是目前运用在海洋工程结构上最主要的构件之一。做好水下的振动分析对水 下圆柱壳等结构的运用存在重要影响。本文研究为水下深度对-6 圆柱壳的振动影响分析。 主要从静水压力和施加激振力两方面进行分析。首先,推导得圆柱壳的屈曲方程和静水 压作用下的振动方程。其次,分析静水压力对圆柱壳屈曲和振动的影响方程。最后,研 究水下圆柱壳在施加激振力下圆柱壳的振动特性进行分析,讨论激振力对圆柱壳振动的 影响。最终通过模态分析得到水下圆柱壳在静水压力与施加激振力下的固有频率、振幅 等数据。研究方法为利用 ANSYS WORKBENCH 软件分别以水下深度、固定方式、是否施加 激振力为变量对水下圆柱建模并研究分析其振动;得出固有频率振型等数据,将得到的 数据进行对比分析。最终得到随着水深的增加,圆柱壳的固有频率将不断增加;随着水 深的增加,圆柱壳形变最大值将逐渐减小即变形逐渐变小。表明其振动幅度减小等结论。 79827

Abstract Cylindrical shell is one of the most important components used in ocean engineering structure。 It has an important influence on the analysis of vibration to the structure of the underwater cylindrical shell。 In this paper, the influence of the depth on the vibration of cylindrical shell is studied。 Mainly analysis the hydrostatic pressure and the application of exciting force。 Firstly, deducting equation of cylindrical shell and the vibration equation under the action of static water pressure。 Secondly, analysis the effect of hydrostatic pressure on buckling and vibration of cylindrical shell。 Finally, the vibration characteristics of the cylindrical shell under the excitation force are analyzed, and study the influence of the exciting force on the vibration of the cylindrical shell。 Finally, The underwater cylindrical shell under hydrostatic pressure and the application of exciting force, the amplitude data obtained through modal analysis。 Study on the method for the use of ANSYS WORKBENCH software respectively with depth, fixed mode, whether applied nodal force for the variables on the modeling and analysis of the vibration of the cylinder under water; frequency and mode shape data obtained, the obtained data were compared and analyzed。 Finally, with the increase of water depth, the natural frequency of the cylindrical shell will continue to increase; with the increase of water depth, the maximum value of the cylindrical shell will gradually reduce the deformation of the cylindrical shell deformation gradually become smaller。 It shows that the vibration amplitude decreases and so on。
