LS-DYNA的SPS夹层板的抗侵彻性能计算

摘要本文在数值仿真模型化技术的基础上,利用非线性动力学有限元软件 LS-DYNA 模拟 聚氨酯/钢夹层板,主要采用对比分析方法,对平头弹体和 SPS 夹层板进行数值模拟, 利用 LS-DYNA 后处理软件 LS-PREPOST 动态模拟弹体正侵彻 SPS 夹层板的过程并对平弹 头正侵彻聚氨酯/钢夹层板进行后处理工作。具体内容如下:79835

第二章对夹层板的结构进行了概述;对 LS-DYNA 软件进行了介绍;此外对聚氨酯/ 钢夹层板在平弹头冲击下的数值仿真模型化技术进行了研究,确定了 SPS 中夹层与面板 的建模方式、单元类型的选用和材料模型的参数;分析夹层与前后面板之间的连接形式, 单元类型的选用和网格划分的尺寸大小对聚氨酯/钢夹层板在平弹头冲击作用下力学性 能的影响,最后对聚氨酯/钢夹层板的抗侵彻性能的研究提供技术支撑。

第三章以聚氨酯/钢夹层板单元为研究对象,结合数值仿真建模技术,运用非线性 动力学有限元软件 LS-DYNA 数值仿真分析了聚氨酯/钢夹层板在平弹头冲击作用下的抗 侵彻性能。主要开展了不同工况下 SPS 夹层板系统被不同速度的平弹头正侵彻的仿真计 算,分析了撞击速度、SPS 夹层板前面板厚度与夹芯高度等不同工况下 SPS 的抗侵彻性 能,最后确定 SPS 夹层板的最佳抗侵彻组成结构,从而总结得出优化后的 SPS 夹层结构 在不同工况条件下的抗侵彻规律。

Abstract The paper based on the numerical simulation modeling technology uses the nonlinear dynamic finite element software of LS-DYNA to simulate sandwich plate with polyurethane/steel。The paper performs numerical simulation of flat nosed cylindrical missiles and SPS sandwich plate and mainly takes the contrast analysis method。 At the same time,it uses LS-DYNA processing software ls-prepost to simulate dynamically the projectile penetrates SPS sandwich plate and flat bullet penetrates positively sandwich plate with polyurethane/steel after processing。 Specific contents are as follows:

The second chapter summarizes the structure of the sandwich plate;  the  paper introduces the LS-DYNA software; in addition,the numerical simulation technology of sandwich plate with polyurethane/steel is researched under the  impact  of  flat bullet。Modeling method,unit type and material model parameter of interlayer of SPS panel were determined。 The paper analyzes the connection between interlayer and the front and rear panels,unit type and selection of mesh size did effects of mechanical properties on sandwich plate with polyurethane/steel under the impact of flat bullet。Finally  they  can  provide technical support for research on the anti-penetration performance of sandwich plate with polyurethane/steel。

The third chapter takes sandwich plate unit with polyurethane/steel as the research object and combines the numerical simulation modeling technology to analyze the anti-penetration performance of sandwich plate with polyurethane/steel under the impact of flat bullet by using numerical simulation of nonlinear dynamic finite element software of LS-DYNA。 The paper mainly carrys out penetration simulation of the different conditions of SPS sandwich plate under the impact of the different velocity of flat bullet and analyzes the impact velocity, thickness of the front and back panel of SPS sandwich panel and the height of the sandwich and   the anti-penetration performance of sandwich plate under different conditions。Finally  it is determined the SPS sandwich plate is the best anti penetration structure, which summed up anti-penetration rules of the optimized SPS sandwich structure under different conditions。
