基于车险费率市场化改革视角车险市场研究

摘要广东省是我国汽车消费大省,人均汽车保有量位居全国前列,同时作为全国第二大区域财产保险市场,车险保费收入占据全国重要地位。随着新一轮商业车险费率改革深入开展,广东作为第二批试点地区,车险市场各个参与主体调整发展策略,积极应对改革中出现的问题。
本论文以新一轮车险费率市场化改革为契机通过分析当前广东省车险市场发展现状以及存在诸多问题,结合以往我国关于车险费率改革的研究资料,通过分析德国和韩国等发达国家车险费率改革经验,对比其费改前后车险市场变化,吸收并借鉴别国改革的经验教训。根据广东车险市场实际情况,发挥广大消费者、保险公司、中介代理机构、保险监督管理部门等市场参与者能动性,为广东车险市场的发展提出可持续发展战略。10597

Guangdong province is China's automobile consumption per capita car ownership among the nation, at the same time as the country's second largest regional market property insurance, auto insurance premium income occupies an important position nationwide. With a new round of commercial auto insurance rates reform in depth, as the second batch of pilot areas of Guangdong, inpidual insurance market participants adjust their development strategies, and actively respond to the problems in the reform.
In this paper, a new round of auto insurance rates for market-oriented reforms as an opportunity by analyzing the current situation and the existence of many problems in the current insurance market in Guangdong Province, combined with our previous studies on reform auto insurance rates, auto insurance through the analysis developed in Germany and South Korea and other rates reform experience, before and after comparison of auto insurance market to change its fees to absorb and learn from the lessons of other countries reform. According to the actual situation in Guangdong auto insurance market, the majority of consumers to play, insurance companies, brokerage agencies, insurance supervision and administration department and other market participants initiative for the development of the auto insurance market in Guangdong proposed sustainable development strategy.
