摘要船舶推进轴系作为船舶动力的主要传递部件,它的合理设计可以最大限度的发挥 主机的功率以达到最好的效率。推进轴系的设计主要包括轴系的基本数据计算和强度 计算以及轴系校中设计。目前国内外主要是通过船舶建造规范给定的经验公式来计算 轴系的基本数据;轴的强度计算主要是计算出传动轴在静载荷条件下的合成应力,再 引用实际经验所确定的安全系数来考虑动载荷的作用;而轴承的布置和负荷计算则需 要通过校中计算确定各中间轴承和艉管轴承的间距与垂直高度位置,以保证各轴承负 荷在允许范围内并尽可能均匀分布。目前使用的校中方法一般都是这三种:力矩分配 法、三弯矩法以及有限元法,普遍采用的是力矩分配法。这种方法比较成熟而且计算 简单方便,所以本文主要是利用力矩分配法进行合理的校中计算。 83986
