摘要滚珠丝杠是将角位移转化为线位移,或将线位移转化为角位移的理想产品,可以让传动和定位在同一零件上得到实现。滚珠丝杠除了可以作为传动部件,还具有定位的用途。由于使用滚珠作为其传递运动的媒介,能够将滑移运动变为滚动运动,从而大大降低了运动过程中受到的阻力,增加了传递动能的效率。滚珠丝杠具有效率高、精度高、微给进、使用寿命长等优点,因此,其成为工具机械和精密机械上最常使用的传动元件,在现代数控机床中扮演着很重要的角色。它作为数控机床运动系统中能进行传动,定位的部件,数控机床加工出产品精度的高低往往与滚珠丝杠的精密度息息相关。84216

如今在进行工业操控时,越来越多的使用者选用可编程逻辑控制器,变频器一起组成运动操控系统,这种系统有着稳定的性能和快速的操作反应。本次主要开展的工作是开发对于滚珠丝杠的运动状态进行监控的安卓端软件,更有利于我们直观的了解其整个运动过程并实时进行控制和调整。

本文进行的主要工作有:

一、对目前海内外的滚珠丝杠和安卓的发展状况展开了调查探索,并对项目的具体内容进行介绍。

二、从任务需求出发,结合现有条件,利用易安卓软件进行安卓软件的设计,并对开发的软件进行初步的调整和测试。

三、设计与PLC联机的软件,通过软件能够对滚珠丝杠的运动状况进行监测与控制。

Nowadays, more and more users choose programmable logic controller and frequency converter to form a motion control system, which has stable performance and fast operation response。 The main work is developed for the motion state of the ball screw to monitor the Android Software, more conducive to our intuitive understanding of the whole process of the motion and the real-time control and adjustment。

The main work of this paper is:
