摘 要
利用叶表皮离析法对6个不同居群的华顶杜鹃(Rhododendron huadingense)叶表皮的显微结构进行比较研究,将叶显微特征与气候因子进行相关性分析,分析其对生境的适应机制。研究发现:各居群的叶表皮显微结构存在显著差异。叶表皮细胞有多边形和不规则形,表皮细胞垂周壁则有平直形、浅波形和深波形,同一叶片上下表皮特征存在差异。叶表皮毛均为多细胞型,分布于叶片下侧,常位于叶缘和叶脉处,不同居群表皮毛长度存在显著差异。气孔器类型均为不规则型,仅分布于下表皮,气孔器的大小及密度等在不同居群中存在显著差异。结果表明:生境对华顶杜鹃叶表皮显微特征产生一定影响,华顶杜鹃叶表皮毛长度、气孔器大小、密度等特征在不同居群间差异显著,表皮细胞形状、垂周壁式样等特征在居群间有一定差异,表皮毛、气孔器类型等特征较稳定,有一定分类学意义。85291
Abstract
The microstructure of leaf epiderm from six populations of Rhododendron huadingense were compared and analyzed by the leaf epidermal maceration, correlation analysis was carried out between the climate factors and the characteristics of leaves, and try to analyze the adaptation mechanism to different habitats。 Results showed that there were significant differences between leaf microstructure characteristics of populations。 The shapes of the epidermal cells were polygonal or irregular, the types of anticlinal walls were flat, shallow and deep wavy。 There were differences between the characteristics of upper and lower leaves。 The types of epidermal hair were all multicellular, only distributed in lower epidermis, and the lengths were perse in populations。 The types of stomatal apparatus were all irregular, and were randomly distributed in the lower surface。 The size and the density of stomatal apparatus were different in populations。 These results showed that the environment have some influence on the microstructure of leaf epiderm of Rh。huadingense, the length of epidermal hairs, the size and the density of stomatal apparatus from different populations were perse, the type of epidermal cells and anticlinal walls were have some differences while the types of epidermal hairs and stomatal apparatus showed stabilization, which may be regarded as evidence for the pision of the species。
