摘要: 目前,全球的重金属污染,特别是镉离子污染日益加重,水资源土壤资源等均被严重污染。镉污染既影响农作物产量,减少经济收益,也会通过食物链进入人体,严重危害人体生命健康。因此寻求简便有效的镉离子环境修复方法显得尤为重要。在前期研究中,我们发现菌株HNU-1能够通过产生物膜固定环境中镉离子。本研究旨在探索不同浓度镉离子对菌株产生物膜情况的影响。首先构建了菌株HNU-1的胞外多糖缺失突变体HNU-1(epsA-O)做对照,并且检测了不同浓度镉离子对野生型菌株HNU-1和突变体菌株HNU-1(epsA-O)生物膜产生情况的影响。发现野生型菌株HNU-1能在低浓度镉离子条件下产生物膜,但在高浓度镉离子条件下生长受到抑制;而突变体菌株HNU-1(epsA-O)在低浓度的镉离子条件下生长即受到抑制。93329
