摘 要:本实验探究了盐分含量与小麦幼苗的生长关系,选用“周麦22”品种的小麦种子为材料,通过水培方式,研究不同的盐浓度(0 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、250 mmol/L、400 mmol/L和500 mmol/L)对小麦幼苗期的生长的影响。实验结果表明,随着营养液内盐含量的增加,小麦的株高有所下降,过氧化氢酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等酶活性有所抑制,超氧阴离子自由基含量升高,可溶性蛋白的含量减少,以及细胞质膜的透性增大,其中400mmol/L和500 mmol/L浓度的盐对小麦幼苗的抑制作用最为明显。

Abstract: This experiment explored the relationship between salt content and the growth of wheat seedlings. Wheat seeds of the "Zhoumai 22" variety were selected as materials, and different salt concentrations (0 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L, 250 mmol/L, 400 mmol/L and 500 mmol/L) were studied by hydroponics on growth of wheat seedlings. The experimental results showed that with the increase of the salt content in the nutrient solution, the plant height of wheat decreased, and the enzyme activities such as catalase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were inhibited, and the superoxide anion radical was inhibited. As the content increased, the content of soluble protein decreased, and the permeability of the plasma membrane increased. Among them, the concentration of 400 mmol/L and 500 mmol/L salt had the most obvious inhibitory effect on wheat seedlings.

1.前言
小麦是人类最重要的粮食作物之一, 全球大约有1/3以上的人口以小麦为主食, 所以小麦的产量直接关系到世界粮食安全的问题[1]。盐胁迫是影响小麦幼苗生长的重要因素,据联合国粮农组织(FAO)不完全统计[2],全球约有3419万hm2耕地出现盐渍化,而我国约有2.7×107 hm2盐碱地[3], 且次生盐碱地面积在继续扩大, 直接造成了可耕地面积的减少, 严重威胁着我国的粮食安全[4]。因此,如何能够有效利用大面积盐碱地发展我国的粮食生产,是急需解决的问题。 盐胁迫对小麦幼苗生长的影响:http://www.youerw.com/shengwu/lunwen_205141.html
