摘要:通过将同一来源的生物质炭与化学物质进行混合,制成的氮磷钾配比不同的生物质炭基肥料来进行温室盆栽试验研究,以此来比较不同氮磷钾配比的炭基肥料对小白菜品质的的影响,衡量指标包括小白菜中的硝酸盐含量、可溶性糖与Vc含量。选择氮磷钾配比分别为20—15—05、20—10—10、15—15—05的3种炭基肥A、炭基肥B、炭基肥C,以普通复合肥拜尔福N:P2O5:K2O=15:15:10和普通化学肥料金正大氮磷钾配比为15-15-15做对照进行试验。结果表明,炭基肥处理对降低小白菜体内的硝酸盐含量、提高其中的可溶性糖含量有相同的作用效果,但是炭基肥C效果最显著。与普通化肥金正大处理和普通复合肥拜尔福处理相比,炭基肥C处理使小白菜硝酸盐含量分别降低了51.68%、29.45%,可溶性糖含量分别提高了31.12%、26.65%,但是文生素C的含量无明显差异。因此,炭基肥料C可能成为有效降低小白菜硝酸盐含量、提高可溶性糖含量,整体改善小白菜品质的优质肥料。28132

Effects of different NPK ratio of Biochar-based Fertilizer on the quality of Chinese cabbage
Abstract: By the same source of biochar mixed with chemicals, make different NPK ratio of biochar-based fertilizer for studying the greenhouse experiment to compare effects of different NPK ratio of biochar-based fertilizer on the quality of Chinese cabbage including nitrate content, soluble sugar and Vc content in cabbage. There were 5 treatments including NPK ratio 15-20-05, 20-10-10, 15-15-05 biochar-based fertilizer A and biochar-based fertilizer B, biochar-based fertilizer C. The N:P2O5:K2O ratio of Baierfu is 15-15-10.The NPK ratio of ordinary Jin Zhengda is 15-15-15 .The results show that the biochar-based fertilizer treatment can reduce the nitrate content of Chinese cabbage, increase the soluble sugar content, but biochar-based fertilizer C has the most significant effect. With ordinary fertilizer Jin Zhengda and Baierfu biochar-based fertilizer C treatment makes Chinese cabbage nitrate content reduce by 51.68% and 29.45% respectively and soluble sugar content increased by 31.12% and 26.65% respectively. But obvious difference was not found between the content of vitamin C. Therefore, biochar-based fertilizer C could reduce the pakchoi C nitrate content, increase the soluble sugar content effectively and can improve quality of Chinese cabbage.

引言进入20世纪,化肥施用量在我国农业种植方面不断上升,据相关数据显示,2010年的化肥施用量达到了约5500万吨,约占世界化肥施用总量的30%,同时也使得我国成为化肥施用占比最大的化肥使用国[1]。尽管化肥施用量在不断增加,但目前存在的现状是我国许多地区的施肥标准并不是依据作物的需求规律来相应的进行肥料补给,而是采取习惯性的施肥模式,这就形成了化肥利用率较低的问题,化肥利用率的低下不仅造成了农业成本的提高和资源的浪费,而且还带来了土壤肥力降低,土壤板结,甚至引起了严重的水体富营养化等一系列的环境问题,因此提高肥料利用率、减少资源浪费与环境污染已成为我国农业生产和环境保护关注的重要问题。针对这些问题,我们很有必要寻找一种肥效高,有利于提高蔬菜的品质的生态肥料。 不同氮磷钾肥配比的炭基肥料对小白菜品质的影响:http://www.youerw.com/shengwu/lunwen_22873.html
