摘要本论文阐述了2,4-二硝基苯甲醚生产废水(主要物质为2,4-二硝基苯甲醚、2,4-二硝基氯苯和2,4-二硝基苯酚)的性质及危害,并总结了现有常用处理方法及其特点。通过实验确定了“零价铁(ZVI)/上流式厌氧反应器(UASB)-好氧处理”耦合工艺对2,4-二硝基苯甲醚生产废水进行处理的可行性,分析了2,4-二硝基苯甲醚、2,4-二硝基氯苯和2,4-二硝基苯酚在整个生物降解体系中的降解途径,并对该工艺的处理效果进行了评价。研究发现,ZVI/UASB将废水中的硝基芳香族化合物还原为苯胺类物质,大大改善了废水的可生化性。处理工艺体系系统稳定后,出水的COD在400mg/L左右、去除率达到96%以上。实验结果表明“ZVI/UASB-好氧处理”耦合工艺对2,4-二硝基苯甲醚生产废水有较为理想的生化性改善和降解的效果。63810

Title Bioaugmentation Technology of 2,4-Dinitroanisole
Abstract This paper described the nature and hazards of 2,4-Dinitroanisole wastewater and summarizes the treatment methods and their characteristics. The main substance of 2,4-Dinitroanisole wastewater were 2,4-Dinitroanisole 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene and 2,4-Dinitrophenol.The feasibility of treatment method of the 2,4-Dinitroanisole wastewater by ZVI/UASB-Aerobic method was proved by experiments. And analysis the degradation pathway of 2,4-Dinitroanisole 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene 2,4-Dinitrophenol in the biodegradation system, evaluation the treatment effect of the process. It was founded that the nitro groups in the aromatic ring were reduced to amine with ZVI/UASB, the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved largely.After the process system was stable, the COD of effluence was 400mg/L and COD removal rate was more than 96%.The results of experiment indicated that ZVI/UASB-Aerobic method response to 2,4-Dinitroanisole wastewater could achieved a result with ideal degradation and biological treatability improvement.
