摘 要:土壤酶在土壤能量转化和物质循环中具有重要作用,是土壤肥力的重要指标。土壤转化酶对土壤中碳循环有重要作用, 可以反映土壤熟化水平,是研究最多的土壤酶之一。江苏省淮阴地区为重要的农业产区,盛产多种农产品。本文采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法,对淮阴地区多种农田土壤转化酶开展了初步的调查研究,对了解该地区土壤特性和科学合理施肥具有一定的指导意义。调查研究结果表明:淮阴地区不同田区的土壤转化酶含量不同。同一作物相同土壤不同土层的转化酶活性也不同,随着土层剖面加深,土壤转化酶的活性降低。68381

Abstract: Soil enzymes play an important role in energy conversion in the soil and material cycle and that is one of the important indicators of soil fertility. Soil invertase is significant to soil carbon cycle. And it can reflect the soil maturation level, which is one of the most popular soil enzymes. As the important agricultural regions of Jiangsu, Huaiyin district is rich in a variety of agricultural products. According to the colorimetry of 3, 5 two nitro salicylic acid, preliminary investigations and studies of soil catalase were carried out in various huaiyin regions, which has a certain guiding significance to know the soil characteristics of the region and the scientific and reasonable fertilization methods. As is shown by the research results, soils from various Huaiyin districts contain different contents of soil invertase. Moreover, even from the same crop and soil , the activity of invertase in different soil layers is distinct as well. The deeper soil layers profile, the lower activity of soil invertase will be.

1 前言
