摘 要近年来逐渐有实验表明,在继一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化碳(CO)后的信号分子中,硫化氢(H2S)和氢气(H2)也起着重要的信号功能,对植物生长发育具有众多生理活动的调节。本次实验以徐薯28为实验材料,分别设置H2S浓度梯度(0、0.1、1、10、100 սM)和H2浓度梯度(0、25、50、75、100 %),观察H2S及H2对甘薯不定根发生效率的影响。实验结果表明:外源H2S供体硫氢化钠(NaHS)在浓度为1 սM时对甘薯不定根发生有促进作用(P < 0.05),其余NaHS浓度(0.1、10、100 սM)促进作用不明显。由氢气发生器制得饱和富氢水(HRW)在体积分数75 %时对甘薯不定根有一定促进作用,其他体积分数HRW(25、50、100 %)对甘薯不定根促进作用也不甚明显。69929

Effect of Hydrogen Sulfide and Hydrogen on the Occurrence of Adventitious Root of Sweet Potato
Abstract In recent years, the experimental results show that in addition to nitric oxide (NO) and carbon monoxide (CO) , hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and hydrogen (H2) also play an important function of signal molecule. H2S and H2 adjust many physiological activities on plant growth and development. Xushu 28 was used in this experiment as experiment material. We set the H2S concentration gradient (0, 0.1, 1, 10, 100 սM) and H2 concentration gradient (0, 25, 50, 75, 100 %) and tested the effects of H2S and H2 on adventitious roots formation and elongation in sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas). Sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS), a H2S donor, which was applied to seedling cuttings of sweet potato cultured in Hoagland nutrient solution. Our data showed that treatment with 1 սM NaHS was the optimal concentration for the induction of adventitious roots formation and elongation when compared to the control(P < 0.05). However, other NaHS concentration(0.1、10、100 սM) had no obvious influence on adventitious roots formation and elongation. We found that H2 also promoted adventitious root formation and elongation in sweet potato. 75% hydrogen-rich water (HRW) was optimal and other HRW(25、50、100 %) had no obvious effects.
