摘 要:BURP家族是植物特有的基因家族,其成员在植物的生长发育和胁迫响应中发挥重要功能。BURP基因在水稻、油菜等中已有较多研究,但在重要作物玉米中的成员及其功能还少有报道。本研究采用生物信息学方法鉴定出玉米基因组中9个BURP基因,并对其系统发育关系和表达模式进行了分析。结果表明,玉米BURP分布于5条染色体上,片段复制是该家族扩张的主要动力。系统发育分析表明该家族基因具有较近的亲缘关系。蛋白质保守序列分析鉴定出5个保守基序,这些基序均为BURP结构域的组成部分。利用芯片数据进行的表达模式分析表明,玉米BURP可分成两个亚族(I和II)。其中,亚族I在根、茎或种子中表达较强,而在雄穗和叶片中表达较弱;亚族II在雄穗、果穗、花丝或叶片中表达较强。这些结果为玉米BURP的进一步功能研究奠定基础。71511

Abstract:The BURP family is a plant specific gene family, whose members play important roles in plant growth and stress response。 BURPs have been widely studied in plant species such as rice and Arabidopsis, however, little is known about their members and function in important crop maize。 In this study, we identified nine BURP genes in maize using bioinformatics methods, and performed comprehensive phylogenetic and expression analyses of these genes。 The maize BURPs were distributed on 5 chromosomes and fragmental duplication is the major force underlying the expansion of this family。 Phylogenetic analysis indicated that proteins of this family have a close relationship。 Protein conserved sequence analysis identified five conserved motifs。 These motifs were components of the BURP domain。 Expression profile analysis using microarray data revealed that ZmBURPs could be pided into two subfamilies (I and II)。 Genes of subfmily I have a stronger expression in roots, chalks or seeds, but a lower expression in tassels and leaves; genes of subfamily II have a higher expression in tassels, cobs, silks, or leaves。 These results lay a solid foundation for further functional study of maize BURP genes。

1 前言
BURP蛋白因具有保守的BURP结构域而得名[1]。该蛋白仅存在于植物中,含有BNM2,USP,RD22和PG1β四类成员。其中,BNM2蛋白(microspore-drived embryo from Brassicar napus)在油菜花粉粒发生过程中特异表达[2];USPs(abundant non-storage seed proteins from Vicia faba)是一种非储存蛋白,在蚕豆种子发育过程中特异表达;RD22(drought-induced protein from Arabidopsis thaliana)在拟南芥中受脱落酸或干旱诱导表达[3];而PG1β(β-subunit of polygalacturonase isozyme I from Lycopersicon esculenturn)为多聚半乳糖醛酸酶I的β亚基,在番茄果实成熟时表达[4]。文献综述 玉米BURP基因家族生物信息学分析:http://www.youerw.com/shengwu/lunwen_81173.html
