摘 要:超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase ,简称SOD)是一种广泛存在于原核和真核生物中,含有金属元素的蛋白家族,由于在生物体抗衰老、植物抗逆性等生命活动中具有重要作用,近年来被广泛研究。本论文从NCBI蛋白数据库中检索并下载了29条小麦(Triticum aestivum)SOD蛋白序列,并采用生物信息学方法,对这些蛋白序列进行了多序列比对,根据同源度将其分为3个家族,并对3个家族的成员进行了理化性质、亚细胞定位、保守域、信号肽、紊乱区球形区、二级结构预测、三级结构建模和进化分析等方面进行预测和分析。结果表明:在小麦SOD蛋白家族成员中,A类SOD蛋白与B类SOD蛋白和C类SOD蛋白的各种理化性质、二级结构等存在明显差异,A类和B类蛋白不同亚家族序列分化程度较低,整体保守性很高,C类SOD蛋白保守性较低。小麦SOD蛋白与禾本科植物的SOD蛋白相似性较高,进化距离较近。研究结果为进一步研究提供了理论基础。10442

The Bioinformatics Analysis of Superoxide
Dismutase (SOD) of Wheat
Abstract: Superoxide dismutase (SOD for short) is a kind of protein family containing metallic element which is widely exists in the prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. It plays an important role in organisms, such as anti-aging resistance of plant life activities, so it has been extensively studied in recent years. This study retrieved from the NCBI protein database and download 29 wheat (Triticum aestivum) SOD protein sequence, and uses bioinformatics method, the proteins will be pided into 3 families according to the homologous degree. The physical and chemical properties, subcellular localization, conserved domains, signal peptide, spherical zone, disordered region, the secondary structure prediction, tertiary structure modeling and evolutionary analysis were proformed. The results showed that,there are obvious differences in A group SOD protein, B group SOD protein and C group SOD protein in physicochemical properties, secondary structure. Class A and B protein in different subfamily of sequences with low differentiation degree, the overall conservation is very high, the class C SOD proteins conserved low. SOD protein is high similarity to the Gramineae wheat SOD protein, the evolutionary is distance. The research results provide a theoretical basis for further study.
