摘 要 运筹学中有个关键的部分，被称为排队论，而且在生活中有很多可以运用的地方，本文研究了在展会购票的排队系统中的排队论问题，运用了排队论的知识优化了购票排队系统。无论是国内还是国外，每年都有无数的大大小小的展会，车展、漫展、家具展、玩具展等等。而每个热门的展会都能看到这样的场景，入口的检票处和购票处排了长长的队列，尤其是室外展，在炎热的夏天，顾客可能在排队的时候忍受不了恶劣的天气而离开，影响顾客的体验和满意度。本论文将依据展会售票的排队情况，进行数据的收集和分析，运用排队论的知识，优化展会的排队系统。本文经过使用排队论的M/M/s/∞模型，以ADM亚洲设计管理论坛暨生活创新展为案例，调查了展会期间四天的购票排队情况，并分析数据优化模型。90029
