摘 要：经济增长与失业率之间的关系研究一直是国内外学者关注的焦点。本文使用我国的经济增长和失业率的相关数据，运用HP滤波法对我国的GDP增长率以及城镇登记失业率进行趋势分解，依此计算产出缺口和失业缺口，对产出缺口和失业缺口的相关关系进行分析，并对检验结果做出分析和解释。发现在长期的形势下，我国经济高速增长的同时不仅没有带来就业率的增加，反而带来失业率的增长，即中国的形势背离了奥肯定律。最后，分析了我国“高增长”和“高失业”并存的现象，并提针对此提出了相应的政策和建议。40375

Study on the Fluctuations Relationship between Economic Growth and the Unemployment Rate of China
Abstract：Research on the relationship between economic growth and the unemployment rate has been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. In this paper, we use the relevant data of China's economic growth and the unemployment rate, then use the HP filter method for China's GDP growth rate and the unemployment rate of urban registered trend decomposition, calculate the output the gap and the unemployment gap, analyze the relationship between the output gap and the unemployment gap, and make analysis and interpretation of test results. In the long-term situation, China's rapid economic growth at the same time not only does not increase the rate of employment, but to bring the unemployment rate growth, China's situation deviates from Okun's law. Finally, we analyze the "high growth" and "high unemployment" coexisted in China, and puts forward some corresponding policies and suggestions.

我国经济增长与失业率的波动关系研究1. 绪论
1.1 研究背景和意义
改革开放以来，我国的经济体制发生了根本性质的变化，实现了由计划经济到市场经济的过渡，经济结构实现重大调整，经济实力显著提高。但我国经济在发展中的同时，问题也日渐突出，特别是20世纪末以来我国的就业形势日益严峻，目前的现状是“高增长”和“高失业”并存，这一现象很显然违背了经济常理。本文我们选取国内生产总值（GDP）及其增长率和城镇登记失业率这三个指标，对我国经济增长与失业率的波动关系进行研究，对这个关系研究最有影响的就是奥肯定律。但是中国经济在持续快速增长的同时，没有导致失业率的下降，反而居高不下，而奥肯定律的结论是，GDP增长率与失业率之间的是负相关的关系，这意着中国经济与奥肯定律两者之间产生了矛盾。 我国经济增长与失业率的波动关系研究:http://www.youerw.com/shuxue/lunwen_38677.html
