摘要：通过对豫东地区初中学校的数学教师及国培计划数学教师的调查,发现初中数学教师对新课改下的数学教学方法了解较少，教学条件差强人意，课堂教学方法过于单一，教师队伍专业水平比较低下，教师实施一些教学方法时的制约因素较多，课后反思及听评课对教学方法的重视程度不理想等。针对这些问题，建议：（1）加大教育投资，创造高水平的教学环境.（2）对于新课程标准关于教学方法要求宣传到位.（3）教育部门做好护航工作，鼓励教师尝试和运用新的教学方法，评价机制及时更新.（4）加大对教师关于教学方法运用的培训力度，尤其是农村中小学.（5）教师要掌握各种教学方法，并能够灵活选择和运用.（6）学校要落实教师课后反思和组织听评课活动，对教学方法更加深入了解.（7）教师要提高对自身的监控意识，具有研究性和创造性教学.48864
