摘 要:本文通过对淮安市城镇居民收入的统计，对最近几年城镇居民收入呈不断增加的趋势进行分析；运用图表方式描绘出居民收入的构成，分析各收入构成在最近几年的变化情况，得出影响各个收入构成的因素。近几年居民收入不断增加但收入差距也随之扩大，居民收入差距的主体依然是工薪收入，本文分析影响城镇居民收入差距的五个因素，并对提高居民收入，缩小居民收入差距提出一些建议。59494

Abstract : This article through to huaian urban residents income statistics, in recent years urban residents income increase continuously of trend analysis; Way of using chart describe the composition of residents' income, analyzing the change of income structure in recent years, indicates that the factors affecting all incomes. 1 引言

伴随着我国不断深入改革的社会主义市场经济，综合国力明显增强，社会经济迅猛发展，人民的生活水平逐渐改善得益于收入水平的提高，居民的主要收入构成：工作性收入，财产性收入，经营性收入和转移性收入也在最近几年受到各种因素的影响发生变化。但是受经济发展与经济体制改革的双重影响，居民的收入分配格局发生了变化，伴随着收入水平的提高，收入差距也在逐渐扩大。本文以淮安市城镇居民收入为例，分析居民收入的构成以及影响居民收入差距的影响因素。

2 城镇居民收入水平分析

改革开放以来，随着经济体制的改革，近几年淮安市城市经济迅速发展，以2009年至2014年数据来看，城镇居民收入水平不断增加。
