摘要本文通过对股票发行审核制和注册制的对比，同时也对我国股票发行制度的历史发 展、定价标准进行比较，分析得出注册制在现实市场实际应用中存在的问题，以及它的 利弊特征及推行所需的条件。其次，通过文献阅读、交流咨询、对比分析等方法对此进 行研究，根据问题提出如何避免、如何克服、如何去建立完善现有的体制去推行注册制 改革的实行。最后，对未来实行注册制对我国资本市场、对上市公司、对我们广大投资 者对影响进行了预测分析。整篇论文以结合我国实际情况，借鉴其它成熟市场的经验教 训，为我国能否实行注册制以及实行需要满足哪些现实条件进行了深入研究，给出了符 合市场发展规律的建议。77320
