普通高中体育特长生训练现状调查研究

摘要：随着“新课标”的深入，学校需要对体育特长生的培养进行全新的定位。本毕业论文通过文献资料法，访谈法，问卷调查法等研究方法，对周口市区普通高中体育特长生和周口市区普通高中体育特长生教练员的基本情况进行了研究。研究结果表明：1、周口市区普通高中体育特长生选材方法单一，缺乏科学性。2、周口市区普通高中体育特长生年龄结构分布合理，但性别差异较大3、周口市区普通高中体育特长生训练年限较短，且大多为了参加高考。4、周口市区普通高中体育特长生教练员参训积极性不高，可能会影响学生的训练效果。5、周口市区普通高中高中体育特长生教练员年龄结构合理，有助于学校体育可持续发展。19032

周口市区普通高中体育特长生训练现状调查研究引言
   普通高中体育特长生的是我国高考大军的重要组成部分，对他们的培养必须有正确的理解和认知。而现阶段由于周口市区普通高中体育特长生的日常教学和训练，也是以提高学校知名度或提高学校升学率作为主要目的进行的。这就导致一些普通高中在体育特长生的培养认识上存在偏差。为了使周口市区普通高中体育特长在全面发展的基础上，更好的发展特长，以适应社会对他们需要。本文通过对周口市区普通高中体育特长生训练现状的调查分析，提出有利于提高周口市区体育特长生综合素质的对策。

本文以周口市区普通高中的体育特长生训练现状为研究对象，以周口一高，周口二高，周口三高，文昌中学四所普通高中的部分体育特长及体育特长生教练员为调查对象。
