摘要以江苏省残疾人运动队运动训练为研究对象，采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法，对江苏省残疾人运动队运动员队伍现状、教练员队伍现状、运动训练条件现状、运动训练现状进行调查研究，并提出合理化建议。研究认为江苏省残疾人运动队现状如下：86156
训练条件不能满足运动队日常训练需要，专业性的训练器械过少；运动员年龄构成不合理，后备力量不足；教练员年龄结构、培训制度尚不完善；科学化训练体系没有建立，不利于残疾人竞技体育事业可持续发展；江苏省残疾人运动队整体实力较强，多次取得优异成绩，但参赛较少。
并提出以下建议：改善运动队训练条件，加大对无障碍设施建设，增建训练基地；树立可持续发展战略，优化后备力量选拔方案， 建设科学选拔体系；建立健全教练员的岗位培训制度，进一步加强对教练员的培训；建立科学化的训练体系；增加参加单个项目比赛的机会，利用比赛使运动成绩得到提高。
