摘要为了了解浙江省义乌市中学生参加课外体育活动现状，为了帮助解决义乌市中学生参加课外体育活动出现的问题使得学生在课外体育活动中能够很好的得到运动的体验和乐趣。本文以义乌市中学生课外体育活动现状调查为研究对象，以文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法为研究方法，对义乌市中学生参加体育课外活动学生、教师、场地等情况的调查研究。86183

通过对义乌市中学生课外体育活动情况的调查研究，得出以下结论：中学生参加课外体育活动的时间和频率很少，并且很不科学；学生参加课外体育活动的项目主要集中在球类，参与的项目比较单一；学生参加体育课外活动的动机也只是为了锻炼身体和缓解学习上的压力，并没有建立终身体育的思想；虽然很多学生乐于参加课外体育活动，但也还有很大一部分学生不愿意参加课外体育活动，他们认为现在这个阶段是自己学习的关键期，根本没有时间参加体育运动，那样只会耽误自己的学习时间和学习精力；另外通过调查发现很多学校体育场地建设很不合理，有些损坏的场地设施也没有得到及时修理。通过以上调查，给出以下结论：政府及学校应该要给学生减压，合理安排好文化学习和体育锻炼的时间，充分利用课余时间进行体育锻炼增强学生体质；学校应该商讨开发一些新的体育项目，不仅可以贯彻全面开展体育运动的宗旨，还可以缓解其他体育运动项目的饱和度；让学生自发的对体育运动产生兴趣，让学生们觉得参加体育运动的目的不仅仅只是可以锻炼身体和缓解学习上的压力；而且可以为终身体育打下一个好的基础。政府及学校应该加大资金的投入，除了维护体育场地器材还要扩建体育场地设施。
