本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等方法对对上海市嘉定区高中啦啦操开展现状进行调查，得知上海市嘉定区高中啦啦操开展课程不多；参与人数不多；领带不重视；训练次数不多对场地器材设施不足；教师专业不对口，教学能力跟不上；教师参与培训次数少等。通过上述结论，给与以下结论：加大啦啦队师资力量建设力度；优化课程结构，撰写啦啦队课程教材；完善普通高中啦啦队竞赛制度，营造良好的啦啦队竞赛气氛；丰富普通高中啦啦队课程开课形式，提高学生的啦啦操素质；加强学校领导对啦啦操课程的重视程度。
