摘要中华武术是中华民族传统文化中的瑰宝，它的作用也是有目共睹的，从中华儿女自古以来的实践可以看出，武术更看重的是内外兼修，蕴含着重礼、重德的优秀的中华民族传统美德，常常进行练习就会得到强壮健身效果，再者武术可以培养高尚情操。但是通过研究，武术运动在我国中小学校园中开展的情况却不尽如人意，为深入研究。88186
本文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、等多种研究方法，对武术课在中小学开展的必要性进行研究，通过研究表明中学武术课程开展的现状总体不好，具体表现在教材不完善、教学环境不规范、教学内容单调、学校领导不重视等；同时研究表明了武术在中学课程开展是必要性，表现在促进学生的身心健康发展，同时对中华名族传统文化的继承上有着举足轻重的作用。
