杭州师范大学乒乓球协会发展现状与对策

摘要随着经济的进步和时代的发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，消费能力得到极大的改善，但随之而来的是心理的休闲和身体的懒惰，以至于国民的健康水平在下降。相比于国外的发达国家，我国的健身意识有待加强。高校体育作为学校体育的最后阶段，是连接学校体育和社会体育的一个桥梁。由于乒乓球运动是一项不分年龄，不关乎性别，易上手掌握，场地要求小的一项体育运动，在高校中受广大学生的喜爱和参与。因此对杭州师范大学乒乓球协会进行调查，研究它的发展路径，总结杭州师范大学乒乓球协会发展存在问题，并且提出相应的发展对策，为学生提供一个更优质的平台。88317

本文采用了访谈法，文献调查法以及问卷调查法研究了杭州师范大学乒乓球协会的发展，有以下几点主要结论：

1、杭州师范大学乒乓球协会需要完善自己的组织结构，逐步增加办公部门和外事部门，使协会变得仅仅有条。

2、杭州师范大学乒乓球协会应丰富日常活动，把单一的训练拓展到乒乓游戏，以及一些其它的趣味活动，提高会员的兴趣。

3、杭州师范大学乒乓球协会需探究比赛内容，固定比赛形式，形成自身特色活动。

4、杭州师范大学乒乓球协会要多给会员一些贴心关怀，增加会员的归属感。
