摘    要田径课余训练作为我国竞技体育战略的重要内容，也是培育体育人才的最基本形式。为了保障教育改革的顺利进行，不断推进素质教育、改善学生体质，培养学生的体育兴趣和爱好，为国家竞技体育培育优秀人才，我国对各大学校的田径课余训练提出了新的要求。然而现阶段我国各大学校的田径课余训练情况并不乐观。88336

本文以问卷的形式调查浙江省天台县中学田径课余训练状况，分析了浙江省天台县中学田径课余训练中存在的问题，并通过查阅相关资料，为解决学校领导对于课余田径训练的重要性认识不足，教练员科研水平落后，缺乏长期系统的训练计划的计划，运动员的参训动机极具功利性，训练的场地、器材、经费不足等问题，提出了提高对课余田径训练的认识，提升教练员的科研能力，科学选材、合理制定训练计划，加强思想教育、完善训练管理机制，拓展资金来源、不断完善基础设施建设的对策和建议，希望可以为提高浙江省天台县中学田径课余训练提供借鉴。
