摘  要篮球作为三大球之一，在我国有深厚的群众基础，温岭市不仅具有浓厚的群众篮球氛围，而且篮球课也是大中小学的体育必修课。各级中学篮球人才的训练，由于具有良好的人文环境、强大的师资力量以及明确育人方向，在学生接受体育训练的同时，能接受正规教育，更适合大部分年轻运动员以后的发展，因此，如何挖掘中学篮球运动的潜力己成为当务之急，温岭市也正如此。

本文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法等科研方法对温岭市10所中学篮球后备人才培养现状进行了调查，调查内容中包括基本情况、球队选材情况、球队训练比赛情况、场地设施与物质保障条件以及球队管理情况等情况，通过对这些情况的研究与分析，提出相应的对策。88901

通过对温岭市10所中学调查与分析得出如下结论与建议：

1篮球后备人才培养制度和教育制度之间存在一定冲突。

2管理体制“学训矛盾”依然存在。没有做到与时俱进。

3学生训练缺乏系统性与科学性。

4后备人才比赛次数不足、比赛经验缺乏等矛盾。

5针对这些不足，提出了完善监督机制和保障机制，完善学校管理部门机制，加强训练方法的的系统化、科学化、规范化，健全温岭市篮球竞赛制度等策略。
