摘　要为了较准确、客观、全面的了解体育教育专业学生排裁判员能力培养的情况，本文以杭州师范大学为例，通过运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法，对体育教育专业学生排球裁判员的能力培养进行分析研究，研究结果表明：1、排球裁判等级以国家二、三级裁判为主，我校裁判员队伍的发展缓慢。2、培养排球裁判主要通过专业排球裁判培训和体育课堂教学，对利用网络电台等新型工具的使用率很低。3、排球裁判实践的机会较少，理论与实践不相匹配，理论知识得不到充分的应用。4、学生学习动机和学习态度不明确，理论知识不扎实，临场执裁能力差。结合杭州师范大学的实际情况，针对目前存在的问题提出合理化的建议，提高学生排球裁判员的执裁能力，以促进我校体育教育专业学生排球裁判员队伍的发展。89653

Abstract In order to more accurate, objective and comprehensive understanding the situation of Sports education professional’s students volleyball referee ability training, this paper takes Hangzhou normal university as an example, by using the literature, interview, logic analysis and other methods, analysis and research on Sports education professional’s students volleyball referee ability Training, The study shows that:1。The level of national volleyball referee is mainly on secondary and third-grade。The development of our school referee is slow。 2。 The main methods of cultivating referee are professional training and P。E。 Classroom teaching。But the utilization rate of media tools,such as Internet and radio,is a little bit low。3。 The practical opportunity of volleyball referee is few。It is a little difficult to combine theory and practice。Moreover,the theory cannot be fully utilized。4。 Students’ learning motivation is not clear and their attitude is not correct。The theory is not firm enough and the ability of judge on spot is not good。combined with the actual situation of Hangzhou normal university, according to the present existing problems put forward rational Suggestions, to improve students' volleyball referees of cutting ability, in order to promote our school's sports education professional students volleyball referee team development。
