摘 要本文运用文献资料法、访谈与观察法、教学试验法及数理统计法，对杭州第十一中学高三女生排球选项班为实验对象，探讨新课程标准的理念下体育游戏在高中女生排球教学中的应用效果。研究发现经过十周共20学时的教学实验，开展游戏教学与非开展游戏班的学生体质均有提高，如肺活量／体重指数，实验组在实验前的平均值为50。7，实验后达到54。1，对照组在实验前为53。4，实验后为54。6。但在排球技能方面，对墙垫球的优秀率实验组提高了19%，对照组提高了14。6%，实验组更优秀。表明体育游戏在排球教学中的应用是可行的，符合排球教学的规律，提高了排球教学的质量和效果；体育游戏有助于活跃排球课的气氛，激发学生的学习兴趣，切实地贯彻新课标的理念。建议在今后的排球教学过程中应用体育游戏法。89734
