摘 要武术教育于1960年代走入中小学,自此以来,中小学武术教育从未间断,学生在不断学习武术的过程中,不仅强身健体,还继承了传统文化,培养爱国情操,弘扬民族精神。但是近年来,武术课的教学现状并非人们想象中的理想,大部分学校存在学生课堂气氛不活跃,课堂效果不理想等等现象,中小学武术教学改革迫在眉睫。本文以宁波市慈城中心小学武术段位制推广现状以及推广策略为研究对象,就宁波市中小学存在的中国武术段位制相关问题,向宁波市慈城中心小学开展调查。经调查可知,宁波市慈城中心小学开展武术段位制不够理想,存在师资力量匮乏、教学内容单一、学校不够重视、缺乏制度支撑问题,建议宁波市慈城中心小学采用《中国武术段位制系列教程》、树立武术段位制的权威、营造校园环境、加强及完善武术段位制宣传、整合师资力量,以促进武术段位制更好、更快发展。90130
