摘 要运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和实地观察法等研究方法，以仙居县仙居中学、宏大中学、城峰中学、横溪中学等4所学校的学生和体育老师为研究对象，深入研究仙居县高中生太极拳课堂教学现状。研究结果表明，高中生对太极拳的喜爱程度以比较喜欢为主，有70%左右的高中生都比较喜欢太极拳运动。高中生对太极拳的认识以全面为主，占调查总数的49。5%，对太极拳知识信息来源主要是教师讲授，占调查总数的94。5%，其次是书刊杂志，占调查总数的81。5%，排在第三位的是网络传播，占调查总数的71%。有24%的高中生对太极拳很感兴趣，48%的高中生对太极拳较感兴趣。排在第三的是兴趣爱好，其选择系数分别达到了1。76、1。66和1。5，由此可见，仙居县高中生选择太极拳运动动机都以太极拳自身的娱乐、健身、交往功能息息相关。为了促进仙居县高中生太极拳运动的发展，各级部门、领导和教师可以根据当前太极拳发展的问题，加强师资的培养，优化师资结构、加强管理，健全仙居县高中生太极拳运动的管理机制、加强对太极拳健身价值的宣传，注重科学引导，保障练习时间及效率、转变领导观念，引起领导重视，改善学校体育教学环境等措施来促进仙居县高中学校太极拳课堂教学发展。90131
