摘    要 近几届的亚洲杯上中国足球队最好的成绩是2004年的亚军，然而到近两届都只是小组赛第一轮就被淘汰。世界杯则是02年进入32强后就一直没有闯入过。近年来，中国足球的整体水平更是呈现下降趋势，对于青少年足球的培养更是走向低谷。而同样是亚洲黄种人的日韩足球队水平却是处于世界足球强国之列。在过去，国家也走过了职业化的道路，但是效果不堪入目，还是在原地打转。因此中国足球想要崛起闯入世界杯，一定要大改革，而开展“青少年校园足球”是必不可少的环节。开展校园足球有利于吸收优秀的足球运动员，培养优秀后备的人才，也是我国足球进行改革的措施之一，颇具一定的研究意义。海盐县各地方小学也积极响应国家政策，大力发展校园足球，举办海盐县第一届校园足球联赛。其中在2015年横港小学被评为全国青少年足球特色学校。之后，在2016年倪王小学，齐家小学等5所小学在自身不断努力争取后成为浙江省青少年校园足球特色试点学校。虽然海盐县的校园足球正在快速发展，但是其发展过程中也存在一些弊端。所以笔者特意制订了针对海盐县校园足球近况的研究计划，并在本年2月进行了实地考察，确保计划正常落实。90223

本研究报告是以海盐发展校园足球活动的学校为研究对象。通过问卷，面对面访谈等方法进行调查研究。对海盐发展校园足球活动的学校的足球师资队伍，训练器材配置，学生参与足球队等现状进行研究和分析。从中了解到校领导的不支持活动的开展，足球场地缺乏，家长不愿子女参加训练等因素都阻碍了校园足球活动的顺利开展。同时学校足球教师的整体结构偏年轻化，导致教学经验不足，学生基础掌握不扎实。因此根据现有的情况提出相应的对策，政府加大资金投入力度，加快校园足球场地建设，转变家长的观念，提高足球教师的教学经验。本研究报告会给海盐县校园足球今后的工作开展提供新的方向。
