摘要随着我国经济的发展，人们的生活条件越来越好，人们越来越关心身体的健康问题。由于饮食不合理、缺少运动等原因，我国都市人群的亚健康问题越来越严重，加强身体锻炼成了人们促进身体健康的必然要求。越来越多的人，尤其是都市白领、高校学生等，都开始加入了健身的行列，而健身房则成为他们进行健身运动的主要场所。目前，我国市场上已经有很多不同规模大小的健身中心，几乎每个健身中心都为客户提供专业的健身咨询和指导服务，这就促进了健身教练这个职业的形成和发展。但是，目前市场是还没有形成相关的制度，对健身教练的职业素质进行规定，这就导致了市场上健身教练的水平参差不齐。本研究以菲力伟健身俱乐部的私人教练为研究对象，通过对其男女比例、年龄结构、工资待遇、文化程度、教练资格认证、从业时间、参加比赛情况、执教动机等几方面进行了调查，并采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法进行了分析。经分析得出：菲力伟健身俱乐部私人教练面临男女比例、年龄结构分布不合理、从业经历经验不足、专业经历不够；私人健身教练学历水平偏低、知识、能力亟待提高、教练资格证书认证混乱、培训费用高吊，质量不高。在此基础上，本文给出了相应的建议。85111
