摘 要
疲劳是运动训练达到某种程度的标志,是训练效果的具体表现,但如果这种生理现象没有得到及时清除,将会导致运动能力下降,使疲劳程度加深导致力竭,这将会使运动性疲劳发展成一种病理现象,影响训练效果,给运动员的学习和生活带来诸多不便。虽然高中男生抗疲劳能力和消除疲劳的能力较强,但面对如此高强度的训练,很难避免疲劳的产生及累积。因此,了解运动性疲劳的产生机制,运用有效的消除疲劳方法,有针对性地尽快消除疲劳,恢复体力,可以使运动员更好地投入到学习和运动训练中。疲劳消除不仅有利于运动成绩提高,同时,也有助于运动员对文化课的学习。因此,本文就着重对运动性疲劳消除的物理方法进行研究阐述,促使运动成绩提高。85168
