摘 要我国应试教育的弊端造成了中学生们忙于功课，忽视体育锻炼的现状，面对日益下降的中学生体质问题，社会有关加强中学生体育锻炼的呼声不断。随着国家全民健身策略的实施，近年来，羽毛球运动在学校中逐步被推广普及，成为学生喜爱的体育活动项目。中学生们正处于生理心理的迅速发育期，他们喜欢活跃、时尚、高雅并且有益于身心的运动。羽毛球运动符合学生健与美的需求，促进学生的身心健康，培养学生的个性，提升学生的全面素质和生活质量。在提倡素质教育的今天，学校开展羽毛球运动不失为提高学生全面素质的一个有效的手段。 85318
本文通过翻阅图书馆的相关文献资料，采用问卷的形式对平度市中学生的羽毛球运动状况展开调查，分析了目前平度市中学生参与羽毛球运动的基本现状，探究影响平度市中学羽毛球运动开展中存在的问题，并找出解决问题的办法和途径，为今后平度市中学毛球运动更好的开展提供理论依据。
