摘 要
目的:分析太极拳练习对高中生个性特征的影响和个性特征变化在性别上的差异。方法:随机抽取仙居中学两个班学生为实验对象,分为实验组(N=40)和对照组(N=40),对照组的体育课只进行常规学习,实验组除常规学习外同时进行太极拳学习和练习,练习时间为十周,每周4次。采用卡特尔16项个性因素问卷,分别于练习前和十周练习后两次发放问卷,测评个体的个性特征。结果:实验组和对照组练习前后个性特征测试结果的配对t检验结果表明,对照组中乐群性、幻想性降低,实验组中有恒性、自律性增加,乐群性、幻想性、稳定性、兴奋性、紧张性降低;实验组和对照组中的乐群性和敏感性都存在差异,双因素方差分析结果表明,敏感性的前后变化值在性别上存在显著性差异,女生敏感性下降更显著,敏感性的前后变化值在实验组和对照组间不存在显著性差异。乐群性的前后变化值在性别和组别均不存在显著性差异。结论:太极拳练习使得高中生的稳定性、兴奋性、幻想性、紧张性降低,有恒性、自律性升高。85386
ABSTRACT
Objective: to analyze the effect of Taijiquan Exercise on the personality characteristics of high school students and the difference of personality characteristics。 Methods: two randomly selected classes of Xianju middle school students as subjects, pided into experimental group (N=40) and control group (N=40), the control group only routine physical education learning, the experimental group in addition to conventional learning and learning and practicing Taijiquan, exercise time is ten weeks, 4 times per week。 16 personality factors questionnaire was used to evaluate the inpidual character of the students in the questionnaire before and after the practice of the ten questionnaires in the past two weeks。 Results: the paired t test results of experimental group and control group before and after exercise the personality characteristics of the test results show that the group in the warmth, fantasy reduce control, perseverance and self-discipline increased in the experimental group, warmth, fantasy, stability, excitability, fantasy and tension reduction; there are differences in the experimental group in the control group and the warmth and sensitivity。
