摘要：课外体育活动是增加学生参与体育活动的积极性，发掘学生运动的能力，锻炼学生身体素质的主要途径之一。合理的组织课外体育活动最终可以达到培养学生终身体育的态度。本论文课题通过问卷调查，数据统计、分析、对比，文献调查等一系列调查方法。对常州市金坛区小学生课外体育活动的现状进行分析，并就最后发现的问题给予建议。通过调查最后得出主要结论：金坛区学生课外体育活动的参与率较高，但是每次课外体育活动的时间却偏低。学生多参加的是学校强制组织的早操，课间操。由于学业偏重，场地器材不能合理分配，项目趣味性不高且项目选择性较少都是影响学生参与课外体育活动的主要因素。各类学校应积极配合响应国家各项规定与措施，自身积极改进努力提高课外体育活动的质量，使每一位学生都能从中受益。85878
