金湖县金南镇中心小学课外体育活动开展现状

摘要：课外体育活动是我国中小学学校体育的重要组成部分，也是发展学生的身体素质的必要条件；它是指在课外运用多种身体练习的方式并且结合大自然的力量，进行经常性的全面的身体锻炼的方式方法；课外体育活动不仅是丰富校园文化生活的重要手段，也是培养学生终身体育意识的第二体育课堂的方式[1]。本文运用了文献资料法、问卷法、数据统计法、访谈法等研究方法对金湖县金南镇中心小学课外活动开展的现状进行调查与研究。结果表明金湖县金南镇中心小学的大多数学生比较热爱课外体育活动，且大多数参与者每次锻炼时间为30到60分钟，其中大多数的学生从事的课外体育活动是乒乓球、篮球、足球、羽毛球。金南镇中心小学由专业教师指导的课外体育活动竞赛只有学校运动会，且持续时间短、项目单一。缺乏专业的体育教师，以及活动场地和器材地不完善急需改善与提高。85884

Abstract: Extra-curricular sports activities are an important part of the sports of primary and middle schools in our country, and are necessary for the development of students' physical quality。 It refers to the way in which a variety of physical exercises are practiced in the classroom and combined with the power of nature to carry out regular and comprehensive physical exercises。 Extra-curricular sports activities are not only the important means of enriching campus cultural life, but also the way of the second sports classroom which trains students' lifelong sports consciousness。 This paper USES the literature material method, questionnaire method, data statistics method, interview method and so on research methods of jinhu county Jin Na town central primary school extracurricular activities of the status of the investigation and research。 Results showed that the jinhu county Jin Na town central primary school most of the students love the extracurricular sports activities, and most participants exercise for 30 to 60 minutes each time, most of the students in extracurricular sports activities are table tennis, basketball, football and badminton。 Jin nan town center primary school is only the school sports event, which is supervised by professional teachers, and has a short duration and a single project。 Lack of professional sports teachers, as well as the need for improvement and improvement of venue and equipment。
