摘要：目前，我国的经济模式发生了变化，从计划型经济革新到市场型经济，相应的资源配置得到调剂，市场操控着大学生的主要就业方向，导致就业岗位供给与需求的关系失衡，大学毕业生得不到像以往一样专业对口的工作分配，也就被迫面临择业的困境，与此同时，在我国第三产业迅速发展的大环境下，创业俨然成为走出困境的首要突破口。本文以淮阴师范学院体育专业12级创业的毕业生为研究对象采用抽样调查法，访谈法，文献法，观察法、对其中典型案例进行深入的研究分析，从而会发现绝大部分调查研究对象最初的职业规划并非是创业，之所以选择创业更多是无奈之举。而这些被动因素会限制创业者的发展，同时通过此次调查研究发现，如果毕业生视创业为现有条件下的被动性选择，结果反而会是将自己置于另一个困境中。因此为了尽可能的避开在创业过程中的消极影响，首要是了解导致我院12级毕业生选择创业的主观因素与客观因素，进而将创业细化为“种子期”、“创建期”、“成长期”、“扩张期”及“获利期”，分析各个阶段的特点并加以分析。最后，结合体育专业进行相关市场调查，细述体育创业在市场分配过程中存在的优势与劣势，便于创业者趋利避害，选择适合自己的方向进行发展。90701
